Returning Policy
If you have received your damaged item, we will replace the item at no cost. Please contact us at: customerservice@patrizia.nl with a photo of the item within 48 hours of receiving the item.
After the customer has sent us the photo of the product, a label will be sent for the return to the same contact mail.

We do not accept returns for customers who change their mind about an item received.
PURCHASES THROUGH KLARNA:
If you made your purchase via the Klarna payment method, you have the right to return the goods purchased via Klarna within 14 days after you received the product and it is in pristine condition.
Requests/returns that do not meet the above criteria will not be approved or processed. If you return your product without a request, it will not be processed and you will lose your right to a refund of the purchase price.
If you wish to receive the unfounded return shipment again, the shipping costs will be at your own expense. You must first transfer this to the account number provided by us, only after receipt of the shipping costs will your product be offered to you again.
If you indicate that you have sent us a return after approval, but we have not received it and you have not used a trackable shipping service or shipping insurance, we are not liable for the loss of your return shipment.
